Work out in the park

There's a group of girls in my ward that all live super close, so lately we have been meeting in a local park to work out in the mornings. I wish I had pics because i'm sure we look crazy with some of our moves, but thought i'd post one of our work outs this week:

Run for 1 minute
20 squats
20 Cross over crunches ( on each side)
20 push ups
20 plank hip raises (each side) 
REPEAT 

Mt climbers for 1 minute 
40 walking lunges (20 out and back) 
20 bicycles
20 plank walks
20 butt busters (each side. Get on your hands and knees and raise your leg behind you) 
REPEAT

Log jumps (or just jump) for 1 minute
20 step ups (step up onto something higher than the ground)
20 standing ab kicks
20 tricep pushups
20 side plank push ups
REPEAT 

Jumping jacks 1 minute
20- 1 legged squats 
20 flutter kicks
20 plies with a row and press
20 jumping lunges 
REPEAT

that looks like a great workout! i'll throw some of that in to my clients workouts this week!PS you are looking great, and tan and hate you for it...okay i'm just jealous really.
