Pre-thanksgiving, 32 weeks, etc

This Thanksgiving has been the most thanksgiving-y yet.
We had a pre-thanksgiving feast with my sibs on the Sunday before, and attended the traditional pie party on the Tuesday before to warm up our thanksgiving appetites for the real day.
One thing I love about my sibs is that they have all seemed to inherent our dad's work ethic. Nothing gets half done around here. For example, there were 6 of us at the prethanksgiving feast and my brother brought no less than 13 bottles of martinelli.

Unrelatedly, this is how I have been spending most of my study time: in the tub. I don't know if how much backpain I have is just normal for pregnancy or if its from falling down on my run a few weeks ago, but siting is just intolerable these days. So thankfulllll for bath tubs-- truly has saved me!

And here is how giant me and the babe are getting at 32 weeks! Getting so excited to snuggle this little beef cake.

Re-showered

My sweet mother in law threw me and the babe a beautiful shower. It was fun to catch up with some of the ladies in the fam and play games. We have been constantly stunned by how generous the people in our lives have been by caring for us and showering this little babe with so much love.

Once again, sorry for the crappy iphone quality pics. I need to get back on the ball with the dslr!

Showered

My dear friend Callie threw me the most beautiful baby shower! I wish I had taken more pictures. Every tiny detail was perfect. She used the theme "brave little man" and even made the babe this amazing giant teepee!
We also played a game where my friends printed off pics of mine and Danny's  from facebook and then they tried to paste our faces together to see what our future baby would look like. Truly it was horrifying.

So those have given me nightmares.

Thank you again Callie and all of my pretty friends for making me feel so spoiled and stoked for baby M to arrive!!

30 Weeks

First, just wanted to say thank you so much for all of the kind words, support, visits, cookies, gifts for the little man cub that have poured in over the last couple of weeks. We are both doing so much better since falling! And it is so encouraging bringing this little cub into this world knowing how much love and goodness there is.

Just a few pics of the 30 week belly... even though it might look like a 40 week belly. :)

Sayonara Fall

Definitely had to google how to spell sayonara.
We had the best fall ever, full of fun hikes up the Alpine Loop. Dan snagged a few maternity shots one of the days we were up there.

Three cheers for procrastinating studying and welcoming treacherous winter!
